12 Week Strength Program
Our in house 12 week strength program is designed to be the perfect introduction (or re-introduction) to free weight strength training.
Our friendly coaches are there for you, three times a week, to see you through fundamental strength movements, including squats, bench, and deadlifts, and more.
The program is designed to meet you where you’re at, and provide you with the tools to take your health into your own hands with all the support you need by your side.
Any history you have can and will be catered for while.
Our goal is to support you with our knowledge and expertise to help you reclaim your health, and ensure your independence and strength into the future.
